This is a requirement for all pastors and staff pursuing credentialing and/or ordination with the EFCC. If you have not had the opportunity to attend the orientation, please plan to attend this! As those serving in EFCC churches, it is important and a matter of integrity to also be credentialed with the denomination in which we serve. In most denominations, a ministry credential is required before one can be “hired” by a local church, but we have relied upon the honour system, in partnership with the local church.
