Good Friday morning from the LPD!

Please see the attached Five Minutes on Friday – this week, we tell a story from New Westminster EFC. 

Relationships in the local church matter. Right relationships reflect Christ (John 13:34,35). Wrong relationships hinder the gospel – not to mention drain the energy from pastors and church leaders. In an article, “How Big Is Your Gospel?”, Erik Raymond speaks to the importance of right relationships in the local church.

Please note the following upcoming dates:

• Wednesday, June 3 – LPD Pastor and Staff Cruise. Please plan to join us for this day of  fellowship and growing together aboard a BC Ferry. EFCC Leadership Catalyst, Dan Nicholson will be sharing the results of our EFCC Leadership Survey and the ministry of our EFCC LeadBeyond Initiative.
• August 3-8 – Camp Evergreen. This local summer camp is affiliated with our Lower Pacific District, and provides an excellent summer camping experience for children and leadership training for youth. Camp Evergreen also provides an opportunity for partnership between your local church and a summer camping program. 
• March 4,5 – 2016 – LPD Conference on the theme Coaching and Mentoring.
